William & Margaret Metzger
William and Margaret founded Mainstream Christian Ministries in 1991 following a call from the Lord through a vision He gave to William about the Church. William’s commercial background is in marketing and business development, having lived and worked in the USA, Germany and UK. He gave his heart to the Lord when He was 10, but strayed away from Him for years, despite having had a good grounding in the Word through the personal tutelage of his father, an ordained minister, and the example of Godly parents. He rededicated himself to Lord in 1989 after an encounter with Jesus himself in a vision. Margaret’s career was in financial administration, culminating in the position of London-based Finance Director for an international company. She left that position to join William in his business activities, giving her heart to the Lord in 1989, in the same service and at the same time as William redicated his life to God. Currently, she also serves as a Day Centre co-ordinator for the charity Age Concern. William and Margaret are members of Hope City Church in Hereford, England where they have served in Lifegroup leadership and ministry to the homeless and ex-offenders. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . |
