Fellowship Form

If you feel the Lord may be leading you to join with Mainstream in the work of the Kingdom, and would like to be a part of the MCM Fellowship, please take the time to carefully and prayerfully complete the questions in the form below. We make no charge for membership, but seek rather to build a covenant relationship with all members.

When we receive your information, the leadership will prayerfully review it. Just as in the days of the New Testament church when they would send letters of introduction with those sent from one fellowship to another, we see this information as a way to get to know you. Sadly, today, just as it has always been, there are those whose purpose is not to unite, but to disrupt, or whose heart is not right before the Lord. We therefore kindly and respectfully ask for this information.
